As part of regional expansion, operations will be established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2025.
About the Role: A First-Class Construction Company is seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead the Technical Office team at the headquarters in Ismailia. The successful candidate will oversee technical office operations for pumping stations, water and wastewater infrastructure, and irrigation projects. Responsibilities include reviewing technical documentation, preparing and reviewing shop drawings, quantity surveying, cost estimation, preparing progress payment certificates, managing tendering and contract claims, coordinating with consultants and project owners, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and supporting site execution. The role is full-time, on-site, morning shift, with a salary range of 40,000 - 60,000 EGP monthly.
