Overview:

Manage swimming pool and water-tank projects from design handover through execution and closeout, ensuring quality, safety, schedule adherence and client satisfaction.
Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors and design consultants to deliver solutions for complex site conditions.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate technical aspects of pool and landscape construction on site, including civil works, waterproofing, tiling, filtration systems and MEP interfaces.
Translate design drawings and specifications into execution plans and material take-offs; review shop drawings and vendor submittals.
Monitor progress against program, update schedules, and prepare weekly reports for management and clients.
Inspect workmanship and materials; enforce quality control procedures and compliance with standards and company specifications.
Identify and resolve site technical issues; propose cost-effective corrective measures and manage corrective actions.
Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors; support commissioning and project closeout activities.

Must-have:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.
13 years of site-based experience in construction projects (pool, tank or waterproofing experience preferred).
Proficient in construction scheduling and progress tracking.
Knowledge of materials and methods for concrete, tiling, membranes and pool finishes.
Ability to prepare material take-offs and coordinate vendor submittals; validate technical data sheets.
Strong site quality control, inspection and snagging skills; attention to tolerances and finishes.
Good communication skills; able to prepare reports and liaise with clients and consultants.
Problem-solving mindset; ability to manage multiple tasks and work within multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness to travel as required.
