Pyramids Telecom, a leading retail chain for WE, one of Egypt's main Telecommunications operators, is seeking an On Rotation Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Cairo. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, our sales agents play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our telecommunications products.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell WE's telecommunications products and services.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in managing inventory and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on rotation shifts.
- Customer-focused with a proven track record in sales.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications products.
