Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Materials Engineering preferred./Relevant certifications in tubular inspection, NDT, or API standards (e.g., API 5C3, API 5CT, NDT Level II or III).

Job Description

  • Perform all Inspection and Measurement job in the field.
  • Distributing work among workers, according to working program prepared by Field Supervisor.
  • Responsible for personal safety among his working team.
  • Responsible for the Equipment’s safety.
  • Supervising the equipment’s maintenance / Inventory.
  • Perform the operation of company property and equipment in a safe and efficient way.
  • Writing the technical reports for the inspection job carried out.
  • Sending the reports to the customer after reviewing them.
  • Compliance with all rules and regulations regarding safety and Company policy.
  • Correctly and safely perform other work assigned by supervisor.
  • Ultimate responsible for quality management system within Setcore.
  • Persons and all employees shall comply with the requirements of / incident reporting and investigating program.
  • Be involved in safety Training & Meeting
  • Be proactive all aspects of Health & Safety
  • Never walk by a Hazard without reporting it
  • Must be worn the PPE
  • Minimize environmental impacts to surrounding atmosphere when engaged in work process.
  • Understand hazards / risk involved in designated work area
  • Ensure that adequate controls / safety procedures & safe methods are used & implemented to minimize risks & reduce hazards
  • Ensure safe handling of tools, parts, storage/ protection of parts & products are done in operation's areas.

Requirements & Skills

Extensive knowledge of OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods), casing, tubing, and related tubular equipment.

Proficient in inspection methods: visual inspection, dimensional checks, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing: MPI, UT, RT, etc.).

Familiar with API, ISO, ASTM standards and tubular acceptance criteria.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and well plans.

Strong reporting and documentation skills for inspection findings.

Experience with equipment handling and site safety procedures.

Leadership & Field Skills:

Capable of leading inspection teams, coordinating work on-site.

Experience in planning and executing inspections in field / rig environments.

Strong problem-solving skills in operational/field contexts.
