Account Manager – Real Estate & Short-Term Rentals

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee real estate accounts with a strong focus on short-term rental platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb. The ideal candidate will manage property listings, optimize revenue, coordinate with operations teams, and ensure excellent guest and owner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other short-term rental platforms

Optimize pricing, availability, and content to maximize occupancy and revenue

Act as the primary point of contact for property owners and internal teams

Monitor bookings, cancellations, reviews, and guest feedback

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure property readiness

Prepare performance reports, revenue analysis, and occupancy summaries for management and owners

Handle guest communication escalations professionally and promptly

Ensure compliance with company standards, platform policies, and local regulations

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in real estate or short-term rentals

Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Booking.com (mandatory)

Strong understanding of channel managers, PMS systems, and OTA tools

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple properties/accounts

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
