Job Description
Receiving inquiries through various sources and creating them on company CRM
Confirming with customer and vendor receiving leads and advising on case reference numbers.
Performing product selection based on application information.
Clarifying any technical queries needed from customer and/or vendor
Assisting the sales team with quotes and follow ups
Communicating new product developments to existing customers.
Provide technical support to clients and internal sales team.
Create and update leads on the CRM system.
Send, update and follow up with quotations sent.
Answer technical calls and address clients concerns.
Generating and reviewing purchase orders received from customers, and issued to vendors.
Communicating with vendors to ensure delivery is done according to the required time frame.
Updating customers on their current order progress and ensuring a smooth delivery
Meeting and greeting clients into company facilities and assisting with customer training where applicable.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
Attention to details and ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Able to work with minimal supervision
Familiar with CRM, sales and negotiation techniques and pipeline management is an asset
