We are seeking an experienced On Rotation Guest Relations Manager who will uphold our commitment to outstanding service and create memorable stays for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all guest relation activities, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Train and mentor the guest relations team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest facilities and services.
- Implement guest feedback systems to continuously improve service quality.
- Assist in developing guest programs and activities to enhance the overall experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
