About Our Company:

As a leading fashion retailer specializing in special event dresses, we're committed to providing an exceptional online shopping experience. We are seeking a Customer Service Chat Representative to support our customers through live chat, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Our hours are 9am to 5pm EST.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key activities, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing and fulfillment. This includes processing orders through our Shopify platform and collaborating with our dropshipping suppliers to guarantee accurate and prompt fulfillment. They will also play a vital role in monitoring inventory levels with our suppliers and updating product availability on our Shopify store.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the order processing phase, such as delays or out-of-stock items. It is essential for the candidate to maintain meticulous records of all orders, invoices, and shipping details.

An important aspect of this role will involve effective communication with our suppliers to ensure the confirmation of order statuses and the tracking of shipments. The successful candidate will be required to communicate promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships with our suppliers.

Moreover, the candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of our order processing system. They will work closely with the team to identify areas of improvement, implement enhancements, and ultimately enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience with Shopify and an understanding of the dropshipping business model are highly desired. This includes knowledge of setting up and customizing Shopify themes, managing product listings, and handling customer orders and shipping.

Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for this role. You will be responsible for coordinating various tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.

Excellent communication abilities are a must. You will be interacting with team members, suppliers, and customers, so the ability to clearly and effectively convey information is important.

Being detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving is crucial in this position. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues related to order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries.

Proficiency with e-commerce order processing and logistics is required. You should have experience in tracking and fulfilling orders, managing inventory levels, and working with shipping carriers.

A team player with the ability to work independently is highly valued. You will collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals, but should also be able to work autonomously and take initiative when needed.
