- Proactively engage with customers through live chat to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and provide tailored solutions to meet customers' needs.
- Offer personalized assistance to customers by guiding them through our website, recommending products, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Continuously stay abreast of our evolving product range and policies to accurately provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Document and analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and enhance overall service quality.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an e-commerce Shopify setting, where you have successfully managed and resolved customer inquiries and complaints.
Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and accuracy.
Demonstrated proficiency in using computer systems and chat software, with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide efficient and satisfactory solutions.
Patient and empathetic approach when dealing with customer concerns, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
