About the job
As the technical lead at Convertedin, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.
To be successful as a technical lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team in crafting innovative, user-friendly web applications using Laravel
- Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code that impresses both users and colleagues
- Engage in valuable code reviews and contribute to exciting technical discussions
- Master the art of troubleshooting and debugging to ensure flawless performance
- Collaborate with brilliant cross-functional teams to conquer complex problems together
- Mentor and inspire junior team members, helping them unlock their full potential
- Be at the forefront of driving the hiring process of junior/mid and senior developers and assembling an exceptional team.
- Establish and maintain the gold standard for software development best practices
- Stay ahead of the game by staying up-to-date with cutting-edge trends and technologies in web development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of experience in PHP and Laravel development
- Strong knowledge of AWS and RDS
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with adtech or martech is preferred
- Experience leading and managing a development team
