E-commerce and digital media executive/ specialist

• Manage our e-commerce business by developing a strong product understanding.
• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end digital projects
• Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
• Manage amp; maintain a strong online company/brand voice through social media
• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, social media calendars, posts and
• podcasts)
• Liaise with Retail, Sales, and Product development teams.
• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
• Monitor ROI and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Requirements

• They have proven work experience as a Digital media account management team in a Media Agency or E-Commerce website companies (Noon, Jumia, Amazonetc).
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity, or other media editing software
• Experience with visual communication elements and principles
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Knowledge of the latest media trends
• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BSc degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing.
