We are currently seeking a highly motivated Telesales Agent to join our sales team. As a Telesales Agent at iSchool, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and introducing them to our innovative online coding platform.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential customers via telephone and email to inform them about our online coding platform.
- Engage potential customers in discussions to understand their needs and explain how our platform can benefit them.
- Answer customer questions about the platform's features, pricing, and services.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update them in our CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued usage of our platform.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to coding education.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in tele-sales or a related sales role.
- Advanced English profile ( written amp; spoken )
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using it to maintain customer records.
- Knowledge of the e-learning industry and an interest in coding education.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
