Internal Communication Specialist

Job Description
1. Create engaging content for internal channels, including newsletters, emails, internal announcements, and digital signage.
2. Collaborate with project teams to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
3. Maintain the internal communication content calendar and ensure timely delivery of messages.
4. Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
5. Support internal events and initiatives by developing communication materials, presentations, and other collateral.
6. Help implement employee feedback mechanisms and surveys to gather insights for improvement.
7. Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and information sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience in internal communication, content creation, or related roles, with at least 1 year of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong storytelling ability and creative flair.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and best practices.
- Experience with graphic design, video production, or multimedia content creation is a plus.
