We’d like a motivated and enthusiastic unpaid intern to join our Platform team for a 3-month internship program. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various aspects of working in a tech company in the games industry.
We currently offer 3 placements:
Product Management Team
- Collaborate with product managers to conduct market research and gather user feedback
- Assist in the development of product roadmaps and feature prioritisation
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights that inform product enhancements
Product Design Team
- Support the design team in creating compelling visuals and user interfaces for Platform products such as our payments console, e-commerce shop and checkout user flow
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation for new user features
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including banners, ads, and promotional content
- Learn and apply principles of user-centred design to improve the overall user experience
Payments Operations Team
- Gain an understanding of payment processing systems and platforms
- Assist in monitoring payment transactions and resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Develop a deeper understanding of spotting fraudulent transactions and how to resolve them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payment-related features and functionalities
Requirements
What makes you a great candidate?
- You are either a post-grad or currently enrolled in a degree program in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field
- Strong interest in technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, and work effectively in an international team environment
