- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of software and product testing within the company.
- This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports
- Knowledge of automated test tools; selenium or alike
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Execute both manual and automated test cases to validate the functionality and performance of software applications.
- Identify, track, and report defects using bug-tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to provide QA updates and insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
Requirements
Education:
-Engineering or computer science graduate Prior Work Experience:
+4 years of experience as QA Engineer
experience in manual testing for mobile and web-based applications
Agile-based teams experience
experience in writing test cases
Experience in API-based testing and performance testing.
Experience in test automation is preferred.
Experience using test case management tools.
fintech experience is preferred.
