As a Ad. Ops Executive at dubizzle group you will be expected to manage the full life cycle of online ad campaigns from post-sales handoff, campaign trafficking, campaign optimization, and post-campaign reporting. The role requires a tech-savvy, detail-oriented media professional that is solutions-oriented and focused on client satisfaction. The key responsibility of the role is to ensure client advertising campaigns go from contract to delivery and are optimized to their fullest potential all while ensuring internal procedures are followed. You will need to be a strong communicator and someone who can work at a fast pace without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Dedication is needed to ensure delivery and client satisfaction for each and every campaign.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a portfolio of campaigns ensuring timely launches, successful performance, and full delivery
Perform all aspects of campaign management including post-sales handoff, trafficking, creative QA, troubleshooting, and weekly and final campaign reporting
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to creative, campaign under/over-delivery, order management, and implementation.
Use Google Ad Manager (GAM), Salesforce, and other sales and advertising software to efficiently manage campaigns sold by the sales team
Work closely with the sales team to identify and deliver against campaign KPIs
Work with the sales team pre- and post-sale to maximize revenue opportunities by suggesting improvements to existing and future campaigns and providing reporting to key stakeholders
Analyze campaign results and create client-facing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides that cogently illustrate campaign performance, successes, and future opportunities
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
Experience
1 3 year of campaign management experience at a publisher, agency, or adtech
Or 1 3 years of digital media experience
Knowledge
Strong understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM) or a similar ad server
Working knowledge of the adtech ecosystem include DSPs, Exchanges, SSPs, and other vendors
Familiarity with browser inspection tools, Google Publisher Toolbar, Firebug, Charles Proxy, or other troubleshooting software
Understanding of third-party tracking and reconciliation
Skills
Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills including pivot tables, calculated fields, conditional formatting, and vlookups
Intermedia PowerPoint/Slides and storytelling skills
Basic image editing such as cropping and resizing
Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills a plus
