Chefaa, a leading online pharmacy and healthcare platform in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry, is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Copywriter to join our team. At Chefaa, our mission is to make healthcare accessible and convenient for everyone. Through our platform, individuals can easily order their medications and non-pharmaceuticals online and have them delivered straight to their doorstep.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly reports on sold products to monitor sales performance.
• Work with the purchasing team to make a weekly restocking plan based on sales trends.
• Extract and provide accurate data for purchasing, commercial, and pharmacies.
• Daily reports on aging products to help manage inventory better.
• Analyze cancellations to improve customer retention and product offerings.
• Gather and share sell-out data for new brands to inform stocking decisions.
• Use data to group clients for targeted marketing strategies.
• Analyze monthly sales to recommend stocking levels for popular products.
• Evaluate and improve customer loyalty by understanding retention rates.
• Design and maintain a simple scorecard to assess pharmacy performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 1+ y of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and interpret large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sales and operations processes is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
