• Plan, develop, and implement ajob analysisfor all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of eachjob description.
• Assist with annual appraisal processing.
• Create/apply organizational charts, and structure modifications.
• Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Help train and motivate the workforce
• Improve organizational structure to improve efficiency
• Improve the quality of life for employers and employees
• Ease transitions such as corporate mergers
• Study consumer behavior to help our employees understand what our customers are looking for

Requirements

• Proven work experience in Organizational Development or similar role
• Experience working with employees from a variety of departments
• Ability to interview employees to understand their needs and how we can improve our organizational structure
• Relevant training and/or certifications as an Organizational developer.
• Excellent English is a Must.
