Envision Employment Solutionsis currently looking to hire aBusiness Analystfor one of our partners, a multinational financial services company.
Summary: This position serves as a crucial client-facing role, acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams. You'll collaborate with Relationship and Delivery Managers to translate client needs into efficient product/project solutions, considering both cost and effort. By owning the Document of Understanding for client-provided requirements and crafting additional documentation for non-standard projects, you'll ensure clarity for internal execution. As a pivotal liaison, you'll foster communication and alignment between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders, ultimately producing clear solution designs and statements of work. Additionally, you'll contribute to business case development, RFP responses, and vendor engagement, all while building trusted client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.Responsibilities: - Responsible for standardizing solutions amp; cost
- Manage and drive the articulation of the Client requirements from a technical and business perspective.
- Be the primary point of contact and provide technical consultancy during the pre-sales activity.
- Requirements Gathering and Understanding the Business Requirement
- Standardize Technical Proposals in the company's Contracts.
- Provide input into the Solution proposal, including design and associated costing / effort estimation.
- Interface with customers and partners on general and specific issues as well as involving other experts and/or management as necessary.
- Participate in regular Conferences/Meetings with Product Development and Project Management Team.
- Participate in organization risk committee to highlight and register risk items.
- Develop and Manage compliance requirements adherence to the company's policy standards for data security
- Perform Business Trips to the company's clients in parodic and scheduled terms to support sales activities.
- Support Project Managers to produce regular and detailed status reports to the customer, schedule status, invoicing, issues, risk, dependencies, and any other delivery related information which may impact target achievements or service delivery.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant degrees in technology.
- Preferably holds a Masters of Business Administration or Masters of Science in Management.
- At least 8 years of experience in a Technology / IT function in a recognized international organization.Financial services industry experience highly desirable.
- At least 3 years of operating at management level managing geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent knowledge in services, functions and technical solutions used in payment services industry.Core skills in at least one area: Payment processing and Card Management, Payment Acquiring, ATM services, Remittances.
- Experience in designing solutions in payment services industry.Experience in using analytical tools, methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in developing documentation, presentation and other material.
- Experience in end to end costing of solutions.
- Excellent knowledge on relevant systems and solutions.
- Experience Payment systems, Switch amp; Card/Merchantmanagementdomains
