iSchool is a leading online education platform that offers coding and artificial intelligence courses to students aged 6 to 18. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Head to drive the development and growth of our product portfolio. As the Product Head at iSchool, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, overseeing product development and innovation, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of new products.

• Define and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap to meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead a team of product managers in the conceptualization, development, and launch of new products.
• Gather and analyze market research, user feedback, and industry trends to identify product opportunities and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch high-quality and impactful products.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions for improvements and optimizations.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to end-of-life, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and make recommendations for product enhancements and partnerships.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading and launching innovative products.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for education and a strong understanding of the e-learning industry is a plus.
