Job Description
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for owning the performance of Dubizzle cars Branch operations, Home inspections, Logistics, Inventory management amp;amp; Transfers across Egypt. You will partner with cross-functional teams to lead operational process improvement ensuring best practices and creating the blueprint for standardised processes and systems across all sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership of the on-ground operations and the different functions with-in it.
Support the teams with all queries related to business and operations.
Identify operational and structural weaknesses and help improve existing processes or develop new processes keeping the customer in mind and best practices.
Prepare statistics amp;amp; data and compile accurate reports. Analyse and improve process and service procedures, policies, and standards.
Coordinate and give feedback to the concerned departments on business processes and any client complaints. Maintain working relationships with all concerned departments.
Mentor and develop the operations team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyse variances; initiating corrective actions
KPI management and tracking team member performance
Continuously look towards improving the existing operations and focusing on scale.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Timely and accurate updates/information provided to relevant teams and senior management
Ability to work with the team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
A Bacheloramp;/Masteramp; degree in Business Administration/Operations Management.
Proven work experience as Operations Manager or Project Management - 2 to 4 years.
Experience working in a large tech/automotive/ecommerce B2C company
Experience in multi-site branded operations and On-demand logistics (not mandatory)
Understanding of continuous improvement techniques to drive change.
Strong understanding of Operations Management, Customer centricity, Project Management amp; Supply Chain.
