Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Kuwait market, with a mandatory minimum of 5 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling into this market and possess a robust skill set in social selling on LinkedIn, conducting warm calls, and performing thorough research to tailor each interaction to the prospective client's needs.
Requirements
- Market Expertise: Must have firsthand experience and knowledge of the Kuwait market to successfully navigate and engage with potential clients.
- Social Selling: Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms to identify and engage with potential clients, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Warm Calling: Conduct detailed research prior to calls to understand each prospect's unique needs, enabling personalized conversations that address specific product/service benefits and qualifications.
- Meeting Booking: Demonstrate exceptional skill in booking 1-2 meetings daily, maintaining a consistent flow of potential client engagements throughout the month.
- Product Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of cloud services, specifically those emphasizing security and compliance, such as IaaS, DRaaS, and Backup amp; Data Protection services.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, with direct experience selling into the Kuwait market.
- Skills: Proficiency in social selling, warm calling, and conducting pre-call research is essential. Experience with cloud services, especially in security and compliance, will be considered a significant advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, highly motivated, and results-driven.
