You will be working with our partner Tawuniya, a leading insurance company in Saudi Arabia, on their digital transformation journey.
Position Overview
Tawuniya is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of "Digital Project Manager." This role encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at overseeing project delivery and supporting departmental functions. Below is an overview of the role's responsibilities and the desired qualifications:
What you’ll be doing
- Manage Delivery Reporting with PMO and Strategy teams.
- Monitor and update delivery reports and documentation.
- Analyze and maintain departmental budgets and expenses.
- Provide support to the Department Head with reporting and task follow-ups.
- Oversee departmental activities and achievements.
- Assist the Department Head in meetings with top management as needed.
- Prepare presentations and reports for top management.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements
What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager in the IT sector.
- Willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA.
- Background in PMO activities is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Experience in handling invoices, purchase orders, and budgets.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Possession of a PMP or related certification is highly desirable.
