Job Description
- Validate all documents process on the application during courier's registration.
- Check amp; Review all orders for couriers to maintain a smooth bonus application when needed.
- Responsible to coach, train, document all the training process for the couriers.
- Monitor the activity level of 3PL courier's hours to maintain healthy supply during the time of need and measuring the impact and growth achieved through those 3PLs.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure courier payment. performance and support is smoothly running working.
- Build up activities and engagements to understand courier behavior and how our brand is perceived.
- Monitor the quality standards of MRSOOL and ensuring that all courier tickets/ inquiries through any communication channel are closed efficiently and effectively in timely manner.
- Help in hiring new 3PLs, suppliers amp; ambassadors.
- Follow up on all courier support channels
- Track 3PL's performance and react upon it, couriers Hijacking, deal with social media leads.
- Observe suppliers/ambassador incentive scheme.
- Prepare couriers' payments sheet twice a week and sent to Finance team.
- Settle courier's accounts who pay their due payments, troubleshooting courier's payments through their CIB wallet.
- Analyze courier's performance, set plans to raise courier’s performance, track daily supply figures.
- Analyze couriers' churn rate and set plans to reduce it.
- Maintain all related tasks assigned by direct manager.
- Tracking daily through reports performance of the couriers per provider.
- Send to all providers all the numbers per courier.
- Follow-up with providers targets needed (Hourly- Daily - Weekly)
- Conduct periodically meetings with providers.
- Applying penalty scheme for providers with low performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of logistics software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
