Job Description

BTECH, a leading omni-channel retailer of consumer electronics and home appliances in Egypt, is seeking a People Experience - People Solutions Section Head to join our team. As the People Solutions Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of various HR programs and initiatives to enhance the employee experience and drive organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to support the overall business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that candidates are aligned with the company's values and culture.
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans, to drive employee engagement and development.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HR process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
  • Experience in a leadership role, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive change and implement HR initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
