Tagaddod, a leading tech platform in the renewable and environmental industry, is seeking a skilled Blue Collars Mass Hiring Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Blue Collars Mass Hiring Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for our blue-collar positions. You will be responsible for effectively managing the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a high volume of qualified blue collar candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and local community outreach.
- Sourcing and Screening: Proactively source, screen, and assess potential candidates through resume screening, phone screenings, and conducting initial interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit for blue collar positions.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of blue collar candidates to meet ongoing and future hiring demands, ensuring a continuous flow of potential talent.
- Job Advertisements: Create compelling job advertisements and postings that accurately represent the requirements and benefits of blue collar positions, maximizing visibility and attracting suitable candidates.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilize our applicant tracking system to track candidate information, update application statuses, and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their blue collar workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles that align with organizational requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews for blue collar candidates, ensuring a seamless interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Provide necessary interview materials and guidance to interviewers.
- Selection and Offer Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and make recommendations for selection. Prepare and present job offers to successful candidates, following the organization's established processes and protocols.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of newly hired blue collar employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork, documentation, and orientation activities are completed.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality. Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in blue-collar mass hiring/recruitment
- Familiarity with sourcing and screening techniques for blue-collar positions
- Ability to effectively manage a high volume of candidates and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Flexibility to work part-time hours
