Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Lead Systems Administrator, you are considered an emerging authority, who applies extensive technical expertise. Develops technical solutions to complex problems. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment, your role will involve maintaining the smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, coordinating with network engineers, and ensuring the efficiency of system resources.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead System administrator, your key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers.
- Monitoring and managing system resources, such as CPU usage, disk usage, and response times, to maintain operating efficiency.
- Performing systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts.
- Setting up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system-wide software, and allocating mass storage space.
- Interacting with users, evaluating vendor products, and making recommendations for hardware and software purchases.
- Coordinating installation and providing backup recovery.
- Developing and monitoring policies and standards for resource allocation in computing.
- May be assigned responsibility for mentoring less experienced staff.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in system administration Field
- Good command of both written and spoken English is a must.
Preferred Experience:
- Relevant Certifications in systems administration.
