Job Description

We believe in the power of talent and are committed to nurturing a high-performing and engaged workforce. As a Talent Management Specialist at Chefaa, you will play a critical role in optimizing our talent management processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business objectives, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and availability of products within the category.
  • Determine the optimal product assortment for the category, considering factors such as consumer preferences, market demand, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to establish competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory within the category.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats within the category, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to align category strategies with broader business goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the different categories and regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges within the category and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years in a relevant role.
  • Proven experience in category development.
  • A pharmaceutical industry background is preferred.
  • English Level: Very Good.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Data Analysis.
  • High ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
