Network Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Manager to lead our team of professionals in planning, engineering, and operations of network and/or telecommunications systems. As a Network Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational security and readiness of the network infrastructure and the entire end-to-end service chain.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Network Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Managing overall activities of network and/or telecommunications systems planning, engineering, and operations.
• Ensuring operational security and readiness of the network infrastructure and all elements of the end-to-end service chain.
• Long-term planning, including circuit forecasts, traffic studies, budgets, and other network performance criteria.
• Managing vendor relationships, ISPs, and other service providers.
• Overseeing the ordering process to effectively and economically meet grade of service objectives.
• Planning new routing revisions to ensure consistency with network plans.
• Developing and revising traffic planning software to accurately report traffic levels.
• Managing staff, Employment, training, motivation, and evaluation.
• Leading planning and policy development issues.
• Managing voice network reconfiguration and billing reconciliations.
• Keeping abreast of industry best practices, trends, and new technologies, and advising on their implementation.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
• 10 - 12 years of experience in Networking Field.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory capacity.

• Good command of both written and spoken English is a must.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in network operations management.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.
• Knowledge of new technologies in the field.
