-Seeking a highly skilled Growth/Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, Arabic-speaking professional with a proven record of accomplishment in performance marketing.

Plan and execute comprehensive social ads, Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video and other Ads platforms.

Conduct thorough keyword research and create compelling ad copy tailored to Arabic-speaking audiences.

Perform A/B testing to refine ad performance continuously.

Monitor and manage budget allocation, ensuring cost-effective advertising.

Analyze CPC, CTR, and other vital metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong background in Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and data analysis.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Software or applications knowledge: Any of the following:
• Ad Platforms: Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
• Analytics and Data Visualization: Google Analytics, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI.
• SEO Tools: SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs.
• Email Marketing Tools: Mailchimp, HubSpot.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Optimizely, Unbounce, Hotjar.
• Affiliate Marketing Tools: Impact Radius, Commission Junction.
