JOB PURPOSE
As a Project Manager (Go-To-Market), you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the launch of a product or service into the market. In your capacity, your role will revolve around collaboration with cross- functional teams, and execution of activities to ensure a successful market entry strategy is implemented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Lead end-to-end execution of product launches, coordinating activities across departments to meet launch timelines.
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project plan
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Work with the product team collaboratively on the roadmap being the main stakeholder from egypt’s team
Implement go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and market penetration.
Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, competitive landscape, and target audience.
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather insights and align on go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
3 years of experience in a similar role with proven experience in project management and go-to-market role.
Proven success working with all levels of management
Knowledge
Strong understanding of product life cycle, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
Strong knowledge with project management tools and softwares.
Skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Traits
Agile and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
Creative, innovative and easily adapts to changes.
