Responsibilities

  • Participate in the entire talent acquisition process from start to end, effective onboarding and induction program.
  • Implement talent management strategies, programs, and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address talent gaps, succession planning, and career development opportunities.
  • Design and facilitate talent assessment and development programs.
  • Manage the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in talent management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management principles, practices, and strategies.
  • Experience in designing and delivering talent development programs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
