Technical Interviewer - Product Manager

We are currently looking for a skilled Technical Interviewer with expertise in DevOps to join our team at Squadio. As a Technical Interviewer, you will be responsible for evaluating the technical skills and knowledge of candidates applying for DevOps positions. You will assess candidates' proficiency in DevOps concepts, tools, methodologies, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews for DevOps candidates
• Evaluate candidates' understanding of DevOps concepts, including CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code, and automation
• Assess candidates' knowledge of common DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible
• Evaluate candidates' problem-solving skills for DevOps-related scenarios and challenges
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the DevOps field
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the interview process

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience
• Extensive expertise in DevOps concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Proven experience conducting technical interviews for DevOps positions
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code, and automation
• Familiarity with popular DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback
