Tagaddod is seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to oversee and streamline our HR processes and systems. As an HR Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, as well as maintaining HR data and records. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records
- Administer employee benefit programs and handle benefits enrollment and changes
- Coordinate performance management processes and assist in developing performance improvement plans
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
- Manage HR systems and platforms, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices
- Proven experience in managing the employee lifecycle
- Good understanding of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
