Junior Accountant

Chefaa, a leading online pharmacy and healthcare platform in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry, is seeking a talented and motivated Accountant to join our team. At Chefaa, our mission is to make healthcare accessible and convenient for everyone. Through our platform, individuals can easily order their medications and non-pharmaceuticals online and have them delivered straight to their doorstep.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the warehouse.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports related to warehouse activities.
• Assist in reconciling inventory records with physical stock, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
• Monitor and track warehouse expenses, including utilities, maintenance, and supplies.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper coding and allocation of expenses.
• Assist in conducting periodic internal audits of financial transactions and procedures.
• Stay updated with accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices applicable to warehouse operations.
• Perform other related duties.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 y of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Has knowledge in the ERP system preferable.
• Good Knowledge in office systems.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling financial information.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs and accounting practices.
