iSchool is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Telesales Quality Assurance specialist to join our team. As a Telesales Quality Assurance specialist, you will be responsible for assessing the quality of telesales calls made by our agents to ensure they meet our high standards and provide an exceptional customer experience. You will play a crucial role in providing feedback and coaching to telesales agents to help them improve their sales techniques and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate recorded telesales calls for quality and compliance.
- Assess the sales techniques, customer interactions, and adherence to scripts and guidelines.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback and coaching to telesales agents.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics to track performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with the telesales training team to develop and update training materials and scripts.
- Participate in calibration sessions with other quality assurance specialists to ensure consistency and accuracy in evaluations.
- Generate regular reports on quality assessment findings and trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of telesales techniques and customer service principles.
- Excellent listening and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in evaluating calls.
- Effective communication skills to provide feedback and coaching to telesales agents.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other quality assurance tools.
- Knowledge of e-learning industry and sales best practices is a plus.
