Chefaa, a leading online pharmacy and healthcare platform in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry, is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Copywriter to join our team. At Chefaa, our mission is to make healthcare accessible and convenient for everyone. Through our platform, individuals can easily order their medications and non-pharmaceuticals online and have them delivered straight to their doorstep.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Create monthly and seasonal campaign directions. Develop creative and compelling written content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, TikTok etc.
• Write copies for marketing campaigns, video scripts, press releases, product descriptions, email blasts and sales letters, print ads, banner advertising, newsletters, social media platforms and other promotional materials.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content to reinforce the brand's identity and messaging.
• Audience Understanding: Conduct research to understand the target audience's preferences, behaviors', and needs. Craft content that speaks directly to the audience's interests and motivations.

• Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to create content calendars and schedules for consistent posting. Create engaging captions, headlines, and posts that drive user engagement and interactions.
• Creativity and Innovation: Generate fresh ideas and innovative approaches to content creation, staying up-to-date with current trends and industry best practices.
• Proofreading and Editing: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience.
• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Strong command of the Arabic amp; English language, including excellent grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Proficiency in creating content that aligns with different social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok), Email marketing, website content amp; creative video scripts.
• Proficiency in understanding and adapting to various brand voices and tones.
• Strong creative thinking and conceptualization abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and marketing tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
