-As an Oracle Fusion Applications Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management and service delivery related to Oracle Fusion Application implementations. You will lead a team of consultants, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Application implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate project activities, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional and technical consultants, business analysts, and solution architects to ensure seamless project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage client expectations, and provide regular project status updates and reports.
• Conduct risk management, identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure projects are delivered within agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons-learned sessions to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• 15+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager, specifically leading Oracle Fusion Application implementation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications and their modules such as ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Previous experience in a consulting or system integration environment will be advantageous
