We are a multi-disciplinary engineering design firm with specialized design and value engineering services. The firm's core work is holistic at its approach, and it has divisions in structural, MEP, Geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete, technology, and 3D laser scanning.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a mid-level position with increased responsibilities in conducting geotechnical investigations, analyzing data, and independently designing and implementing geotechnical solutions for various construction projects.Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced geotechnical investigations and analysis to assess construction site conditions.
- Design and implement advanced geotechnical solutions for complex projects,
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, reviewing their work and providing feedback.
- Collaborate with structural engineers, geologists, and other professionals to develop integrated engineering solutions.
- ConductGeotechnicalmodeling and assessment using professional software.
- Conduct geotechnical risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in geotechnical engineering practices, codes, and standards and incorporate them into project designs and recommendations.
- M.Sc. degree in geotechnical engineering from a recognized university.
- 4-8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Proficiency in geotechnical analysis and modeling using professional software.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in report writing skills, and ability to prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willing to travel to Company projects in the Middle East.
- Good organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated
