Tagaddod, a leading tech platform in the renewable and environmental industry, is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both talent management and talent acquisition functions.

Start Date: 1st of Feb, 2024

• Assist in talent management programs
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews
• Support the development of job descriptions
• Assist in employer branding initiatives
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or a senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• People oriented person
