Senior Product Manager for Automation

Job Purpose:

To lead the transformation of internal tools to achieve operational excellence and efficiency.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

1. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance,Operations,and Customer Support to identify and implement automation opportunities.

2. Streamline workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.

3. Enhance chat functionalities to provide better customer support.

4. Develop robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.

5. Measure and track the impact of automation initiatives to demonstrate value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech startup
• Proven experience in streamlining workflows,enhancing chat functionalities,and developing SOPs
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
