Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:
1. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance,Operations,and Customer Support to identify and implement automation opportunities.
2. Streamline workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
3. Enhance chat functionalities to provide better customer support.
4. Develop robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
5. Measure and track the impact of automation initiatives to demonstrate value.
