You will be working with our partner Tawuniya, a leading insurance company in Saudi Arabia, on their digital transformation journey.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team as a Docmosis Specialist, Copywriter, and Basic Graphic Designer. This role primarily centers around creating and managing Docmosis files in ODT format and copywriting, with a secondary emphasis on basic graphic design. The ideal candidate will have expertise in document generation through the Docmosis platform, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
What you’ll be doing
Docmosis Expertise:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Docmosis-related tasks within the organization.
- Create, modify, and maintain templates and documents using Docmosis, with a focus on ODT format.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in generated documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Docmosis templates or document generation.
- Train and assist other team members in using Docmosis effectively.
Copywriting:
- Craft and edit written content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure copy is clear, concise, and aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Proofread and edit written materials for grammar, spelling, and overall quality.
Basic Graphic Design:
- Create simple graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials and documents.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to design visuals that enhance messaging and brand identity.
- Use basic graphic design software to produce quality images and designs.
- Ensure design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
Requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing Docmosis files in the ODT format.

- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in graphic design software.

- Time management and organizational abilities.
