Sarmad, a leading financial technology software company, is seeking an experienced and driven Investment Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Investment Product Manager at Sarmad, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the investment software products offered by our organization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the banking industry and possesses a deep understanding of investment products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement investment software product strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment software product opportunities.
- Set and execute product's roadmap.
- Define product features for software development teams and oversee development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new investment products and enhancements to existing ones.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of investment software products, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for investment software products.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote investment software products and drive customer engagement.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on investment products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in investment product management within the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets. This includes public and private equity, public and private asset management, and debt and sukuk.
- Experience in crowdfunding, equity and debt.
- Strong knowledge of securities market regulations and operations.
- Technically savvy and knowledgeable about market software offerings.
- Proven record in developing and launching successful investment software products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute investment product strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
