e.construct designs structures such as bridges, high-rise design, commercial facilities design, precast concrete engineering, and post-tensioning design. We are a multi-disciplinary engineering design firm with specialized design and value engineering services. The firm's core work is holistic at its approach, and it has divisions in structural, MEP, Geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete, technology, and 3D laser scanning.
Role Summary:The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of all facilities, including buildings, and equipment. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the efficient and productive use of facilities, as well as managing the day-to-day operations.Responsibilities

This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the efficient and productive use of facilities, as well as managing the day-to-day operations.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient and productive use of facilities.
- Manage the day-to-day operations including budgeting.
- Choose the best locations for new facilities with optimum processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the relocation of employees and equipment to new facilities.
- Manage service providers and contractors to ensure the highest level of service quality.
- Handling security, cleaning, catering, and providing site support.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee renovation or refurbishment within a facility or building.
- Train staff on safety procedures, Environment Health amp; Safety
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment.
- Ensure that all facilities meet safety and compliance standards.
- Manage the energy consumption and environmental impact of facilities.
- Work with otherdepartments to ensure that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on relocation and site selection
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and project management
- Experience with green building and sustainability practices is preferable.
- Experience with managing contracts with vendors is highly preferable.
