In the role of Frontend Engineer in our Design Systems team, you will:
- Develop UI components, libraries, and tools, laying the foundation for a platform that will resonate with every b_labs user - be it a customer, developer, or partner.
- Guarantee the reliability, scalability, and security of our UI components and libraries while also ensuring they are expandable for future needs.
- Foster informed technical discussions and lead collaborative efforts with various teams within b_labs.
- Analyze and rectify production issues within our UI framework, focusing on enhancing maintainability for the long run.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience crafting scalable component libraries, design systems, and tools utilizing JavaScript or TypeScript.
- A spirited passion for excellent user experience paired with adeptness in API design.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality products from inception to completion.
- Empathy and a cooperative attitude, paired with the skills to work synergistically within a team.
- The eagerness to collaborate closely with developers who rely on your expertise to provide valuable customer experiences.
- An understanding of the necessity for stellar documentation both internal and external.
- A meticulous attention to detail, especially concerning performance, accessibility, reliability, and security.
