Perform daily operations as detailed in Run Books and other technical documents to be provided during training
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
Verify that any back-up procedures are carried out and have been verified as successful in line with our company IT policies
Maintain operational, configuration, or other policies and procedures as instructed
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
Maintain data centre environmental and monitoring equipment
Maintain appropriate hardware inventory levels, ensure that all IT equipment is in good working condition, including PCs, printers, point of sale systems, servers and related hardware
Provide basic user training and support in use of common PC software and specialized property management software as needed
Monitor and support the satellite communication systems to ensure that the system is operating to optimum performance
Align with the teams and IT vendors for our newbuild ships in construction yards and oversee the new build deployment progress

Requirements
5-7 years’ experience in a multinational environment
Fluent in English
