As a Senior Marcom Specialist, you will be responsible for helping us connect with our base across several different channels. You will be collaborating on the annual Marcom plan and strategy for dubizzle Egypt and will be responsible for dealing with partners and suppliers to ensure the plan is executed according to dubizzle Egypt guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on the annual Marketing plan in terms of ATL amp; BTL (TV amp; digital campaigns, outdoors, events, press conferences, activations, sponsorships and CSR).
• Measure and report on the app performance, conversion, users; continually use data to improve the app.
• Brainstorm on content for all types of communication material internal and external.
• Be up - to date on local, regional and international trends to capitalise our dubizzle campaigns.
• Work alongside our graphic design team to generate content that is both eye catching and engaging.
• Work with different teams to come up with content aligned with dubizzle brand guidelines and ensure the tone of voice is maintained across all material.
• Scout suppliers and negotiate, compare and bargain to get the best deals for dubizzle.
• Liaise and work with partner agencies and suppliers to ensure that their deliverables meet the dubizzle standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge:

• Impeccable grasp of both Arabic amp; English languages, including industry-related keywords and expressions.

Skills:

• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and time-management skills including prioritizing, scheduling and adapting when necessary.

• Agile and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• An eye for details is a must.
