This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer retention and growth within our marketplace. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retention marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Leverage customer data to identify opportunities to improve retention and personalize the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective email and mobile campaigns.
- Analyze retention metrics and provide insights to inform strategy and tactics.
- Manage CRM system, including segmentation, email templates, and campaign management.
- Develop and implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to continually improve retention tactics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in retention marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retention marketing, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM tools and email platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience developing and executing multichannel retention campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
