We are seeking an experienced experienced Email Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team at Chefaa.

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Create and manage email lists and databases.
• Segment email lists to optimize targeting and personalization.
• Use customer data to create targeted campaigns and personalized messaging.
• Design and write effective email templates that are visually appealing and engaging.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance.
• Develop and manage automated email workflows, such as welcome emails and abandoned cart emails, to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Continuously test and refine email marketing strategies to improve performance.
• Track and report on the success of email marketing campaigns to relevant stakeholders.
• Work with the design team to create visually compelling graphics and media to accompany email campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working in email marketing, preferably in the health and wellness industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing email marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, or Constant Contact
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design and coding
• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns for performance
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
