Job Description

Chefaa is a leading digital health platform in Egypt and the MENA region, providing customers with the convenience of ordering pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products online and getting them delivered straight to their doorstep. Our mission is to improve accessibility to healthcare services, and we strive to make positive impacts on our clients' lives.

We are seeking an App Marketing Specialist who will responsible for promoting the Chefaa app and building brand awareness to increase customer acquisition.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM marketing strategies to drive customer retention, and loyalty.
  • Develop effective CRM campaigns based on customer data and insights.
  • Develop and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to personalize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve Push Notifications open and click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage automated app workflows, such as welcome push notifications, SMS messages, and abandoned cart notifications, to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute customer win-back campaigns to re-engage inactive customers and reduce churn.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance metrics, such as open and click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue impact, to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer profiles and personas to inform CRM campaign strategy and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM marketing, and customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Use customer data to create targeted campaigns and personalized messaging.
  • Continuously test and refine CRM marketing strategies to improve performance.
  • Track and report on the success of CRM marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in CRM marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and tools, such as Moengage or Webenage.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
